Terms of Use

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using Strivio, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you'll keep it up to date. You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that happens under your account.

Strivio connects fitness coaches with their clients through client rosters, workout and nutrition programs, progress tracking, messaging, and scheduling. Coaches and clients use the Service to manage their own coaching relationship — Strivio is not a party to that relationship and does not provide fitness, nutrition, or medical advice.

Coaches are responsible for the programs, assessments, and advice they give their clients through the Service. Clients are responsible for following any medical guidance before starting a new workout or nutrition program and for accurately reporting their own health information. Strivio does not review, verify, or endorse the content coaches or clients exchange.

Strivio is a coaching and communication tool, not a medical device or healthcare service. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing medical condition. You use workout plans, nutrition guidance, and other content shared through the Service at your own risk.

Certain features require a paid subscription, purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by the App Store or Google Play in accordance with their terms — Strivio does not process or store your payment card details. Refunds are subject to the policies of the App Store or Google Play.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another user through messages or other content shared on the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you submit through the Service (profile information, messages, assessments, and other materials). By submitting content, you grant Strivio a limited license to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the Service. Strivio and its licensors retain all rights to the app, website, and underlying technology.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to Strivio or other users.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strivio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on workout plans, nutrition guidance, or other content shared between coaches and clients.

We may update these Terms as Strivio evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by other reasonable means before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
